The branch is located on Rama 2 Road, Tha Kham Subdistrict, Bang Khun Thian District, Bangkok. It is open 24 hours every day, accepting general patients, emergency cases, and referrals.
Secondary Care refers to caring for patients who require additional diagnostic work-up, close monitoring, or referral from a general clinic — for example, patients who need ICU admission, an isolation ward, or coordinated care from multiple specialists.
Please call the hospital before you arrive and describe the symptoms, vaccination history, and suspected condition. This allows our staff to prepare a designated intake point and bring your pet directly to the Isolation Ward without contact with other animals.
The Isolation Ward is a separate area for animals with, or suspected of having, contagious diseases such as parvovirus or canine distemper. Access is controlled and infection-control measures keep it separate from the general patient ward.
Yes, we accept emergency and referral cases 24 hours a day. For referrals, please bring the referral note, blood test results, X-rays, ultrasound results, and a list of medications given, so our medical team can continue treatment quickly.
Location information for the ER, Smart Ward, ICU, Isolation Ward, and referral acceptance is referenced from the Rama 2 branch page.
