• Based on Remote Information : Telemedicine services are provided within a limited scope, based solely on information provided by the owner and remote clinical observations.
• Absence of Physical Examination : Please be advised that the attending veterinarian does not have the opportunity to perform a face-to-face physical examination or collect laboratory samples, which are essential components for a definitive diagnosis.
• Not a Formal Medical Diagnosis : Consequently, this service is not considered a formal veterinary diagnosis and is not intended for emergency cases or situations requiring urgent medical intervention.
• Recommendation for Urgent Care : If your pet requires further diagnostic testing or immediate emergency treatment, please proceed directly to the nearest hospital for a physical consultation.

Service Procedures

1. Review the details of our Telemedicine service and accept the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
2. Schedule your appointment by providing your pet’s information and preliminary symptoms via Thonglor Pet Hospital’s website or mobile application. Alternatively, contact our Call Center at 02-079-9999.
3. Wait for the video conference link to be sent to you. 
4. Join the consultation at your scheduled date and time.
5. Complete the payment for the consultation fee and any prescribed
6. Receive a Medical Recommendation Summary. (Please note: This document is not a Medical Certificate. For a formal Medical Certificate, a physical examination at the hospital is required).
