Package Details

4. Blood Test: 1 comprehensive blood screening.
5. Internal Deworming 
6. External Parasite Prevention:12 monthly doses for continuous flea and tick protection.
7. Grooming Vouchers Two 200 THB discount coupons for bathing and hair cutting services.
8. Monthly Health Screenings 12 clinical exams with a veterinarian (once per month).
9. Unlimited Nursing Consultations: Free consultations for general health concerns with our nursing team throughout the year.

Total Appointments: 12 Scheduled Visits per program

Notes:

• Annual Vaccinations: Cover protection against 5 core diseases: Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, and Respiratory diseases (Parainfluenza), as well as Rabies.
• Blood Test Details: Laboratory screening includes a Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential white blood cell count, blood parasite screening, Liver and Kidney function tests, Blood Glucose (Sugar), and Total Protein levels.
• Service Terms: Benefits must be redeemed during the scheduled monthly veterinary health check-ups only.
• Grooming Vouchers: Discount coupons for bathing and grooming are limited to one voucher per visit.

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Validity: The package is valid for either 4 or 12 months, depending on the plan purchased (starting from the registration date).
2. Pricing: All prices are net and inclusive of VAT.
3. Usage: One package is strictly for one pet only.
4. Medical Discretion: Medications and products used under this program are at the discretion of Thonglor Pet Hospital.
5. Redemption: Monthly screenings or procedures are non-cumulative and cannot be carried over to the following month.
6. Blood Test Results: Annual blood screening results can be used for pre-surgical or sterilization assessments if performed within 2 weeks of the procedure.
7. Additional Costs: Any medications, diagnostics, or treatments prescribed beyond the package's specifications are the responsibility of the owner.
8. Exclusions: This program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including Happy Plus or gift vouchers.
9. Non-transferable: Cancellation, refund, or transfer of rights to other pets or owners is not permitted under any circumstances.
10. Amendments: The hospital reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel terms without prior notice.
