• Boarding Unit Travel with peace of mind by "leaving your heart with us." Our boarding units are specifically zoned to separate dogs and cats for safety. We also offer private glass-walled rooms for pets that prefer a cage-free, comfortable environment.
• Special Care Unit Designed for pets requiring extra attention, such as those recovering from surgery, stable post-crisis patients, or those undergoing physical therapy. Our medical team closely monitors their progress and symptoms.
• Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U.) For critically ill pets that need constant, around-the-clock monitoring. Our I.C.U. rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped for intensive medical care by our expert staff.
• Exotic Ward Specialized boarding and medical care for exotic pets including rabbits, turtles, squirrels, snakes, and more, overseen by specialist veterinarians.
• Cat Ward A dedicated, partitioned zone for cats to ensure a stress-free stay. We offer both private glass rooms and standard boarding. Hygiene is our priority: litter is changed twice daily (morning and evening), and we include brushing and scheduled playtime to keep your cat relaxed.
• Nursery Ward A specialized unit for newborns (under 15 days old) or those that cannot be nursed by their mothers. Our trained nursing team provides expert feeding to prevent choking, with a strong focus on safety and sanitation.
