When Emergency Surgery Involves Beloved Members of the Family

For any pet owner, learning that a beloved dog needs emergency surgery can be an extremely worrying experience — especially when more than one pet in the family requires urgent treatment.

Lilach Shem Tov shared her experience after her two dogs, Nelly and Pitsi, a Shih Tzu and a Poodle, underwent emergency spay surgery at Thonglor Pet Hospital Pattaya.

Throughout their treatment, the veterinary team worked together to provide close care. Dr. Hemsuda was responsible for the surgical care, while Dr. Puy, a veterinarian specializing in cardiology, supported the assessment and monitoring of cardiovascular function when appropriate for the patients' conditions.

After a stressful period, Lilach was able to be with Nelly and Pitsi again and shared a message that meant a great deal to our entire team.
