'Entropion' (inward-folding eyelids) is a condition frequently seen in brachycephalic (flat-faced) cat breeds such as Exotic Shorthairs, British Shorthairs, and Scottish Folds. This condition causes chronic irritation, constant tearing, and rubbing, often leading to persistent corneal ulcers that can last for weeks.

Meet 'Money,' a sweet patient who received expert care from Dr. Kritamook at Thonglor Pet Hospital (Rama 2 Branch). To eliminate the painful irritation, Dr. Kritamook performed corrective eyelid surgery. Money’s post-operative care included antibiotic eye drops, anti-inflammatory medication, and wearing an Elizabethan collar (E-collar) to prevent scratching.
Just one week later, during the follow-up and suture removal, the results were perfect! Money’s corneal ulcer has completely healed, and her eyelids are now beautifully and functionally restored to normal.
