Dermatology Consultation at Thonglor Pet Hospital (Ramintra) 

When the owner noticed persistent skin irritation, they brought their pet to Thonglor Pet Hospital, Ramintra Branch, to consult with Dr. Jitlada, a specialist at the Skin Clinic.

The clinical signs included intense pruritus (itching) localized around the ears and across the body. To identify the primary cause, Dr. Jitlada performed a skin cytology. After staining and microscopic examination, the diagnosis was confirmed as Dermatitis secondary to bacterial and yeast infections.

The treatment plan included a combination of oral and topical medications. Additionally, the pet received a medicated bath at the hospital to immediately soothe the inflammation and reduce the microbial load before returning home.
