We are continuously enhancing our services and hospital management systems, notably through the IMEDX CRM (Thonglor Family). Furthermore, we are integrating Tech-enhanced healthcare to increase treatment efficiency, while simultaneously focusing on human capital development. Thonglor Pet Hospital continues to advance its diagnostic and surgical capabilities. Building on our established CT Scan services, we are introducing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) this year. This technology offers superior visualization for soft tissue and neurological conditions, ensuring highly accurate diagnoses.

In surgery, we have adopted Laparoscopic Surgery (minimally invasive surgery), the same technology used in human medicine. This "Less Invasive" approach means smaller incisions, less pain, and faster recovery times for procedures such as spaying, tumor removals, and gallbladder surgeries. Furthermore, we are enhancing our Cat-Friendly Clinic with dedicated, separate areas for waiting, outpatients, and inpatients (Cat Ward & Cat Hotel) to ensure maximum safety and comfort for our feline friends.

Digital Transformation & Big Data 

We are transitioning from traditional paper files to a robust Hospital Information System (HIS) integrated with CRM software. This allows us to leverage Big Data to track disease trends and breed-specific health data for Unique & Tech-Enhanced Healthcare. Most recently, we launched LINE CRM, enabling clients to access their pet's vaccine history, appointments, and service status—along with personalized promotions—conveniently via their smartphones.

Local and International Expansion Plans

Thonglor Pet Hospital is committed to continuous growth to meet the increasing needs of pet lovers. Domestic Expansion We are renovating our existing branches to enhance customer convenience and facility capacity. Most notably, we are proud to announce the opening of our 19th branch at Prachachuen this September. Thonglor Pet Hospital (TPH) is committed to human capital development and the elevation of professional standards through "Thonglor Academy." Our collaborative efforts are divided into three key areas

1. Collaboration with Bangkok Vocational Training Center : As an affiliated institute, TPH helps develop professional curricula for pet bathing and grooming. This includes hosting events like the "Thonglor Grooming Academy" competition, first held in August at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), to enhance labor skills and support career advancement for groomers.
2. Partnerships with Silpakorn and Chulalongkorn Universities : TPH serves as an affiliated training center for students seeking hands-on experience in veterinary medicine and nursing. We offer both undergraduate and post-graduate support, including an Internship Program for newly graduated veterinarians to sharpen their clinical expertise.
3. International Exchange Programs : We welcome veterinary professionals from across the globe for study tours and internships. We have hosted practitioners from Malaysia, Vietnam, and Myanmar, while also sending our own veterinarians abroad to gain international perspectives and medical insights.

According to Euromonitor, the pet industry continued to grow by 10% in 2023, with particularly high competition in the food and pet supply sectors as new players enter the market. Consumers are now seeking highly diverse and specialized care for their pets. As medical technology and nutrition improve, pets are living longer. This has increased the demand for preventative medicine and specialized care for senior pets. Post-COVID-19, the trend of treating pets as family members—or 'children'—has surged, with a notable spike in new cat owners. Industries such as real estate, hospitality, dining, and transportation are now pivoting to focus on pet-friendly services. We are undoubtedly moving toward a future defined by 'Pet Communities' and 'Pet Cities.'
