MOU Signing Ceremony: Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) & Thonglor Pet Hospital 

On November 20, a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and Thonglor Pet Hospital. The agreement focuses on vocational promotion for the unemployed and those seeking freelance careers in the Pet Bathing and Grooming industry.

This milestone follows the official certification by the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (TPQI), which has established professional standards for pet grooming staff within pet hospital establishments—a first for Thailand. In parallel, Thonglor Pet Hospital has partnered with the Bangkok Vocational Training School to develop a standardized Dog and Cat Grooming curriculum. This initiative aims to provide sustainable career opportunities while ensuring that Thailand's pet grooming services reach a higher, nationally recognized standard of excellence.
