คุณหมอทำการวินิจฉัยหาสาเหตุของโรคโดยการทำ CT Scan ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่ทันสมัย ทำให้หาสาเหตุที่ชัดเจนของอาการปวดคอในครั้งนี้

เมื่อผลออกมาคือน้องสดใสเป็น “โรคหมอนรองกระดูกทับเส้นประสาทบริเวณกระดูกคอ”
